 You simply add cold water to flapJacked Protein Pancake Mix and let the batter stand for 3 to 5 minutes to thicken before baking on a hot griddle. flapJacked can be bought in in 3 sizes (4-ounces, 12-ounces, and 28-ounces). The 4-ounce package makes 2 servings or 8, 4-inch pancakes.

 flapjacked are available in 3 flavors.

  • Banana Hazelnut – a 4 pancake serving has 200 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 10 milligrams of cholesterol, 16 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and 400 milligrams of sodium.
  • Buttermilk – a 4 pancake serving has 200 calories, 3 grams of fat, 10 milligrams of cholesterol, 17 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and 390 milligrams of sodium.
  • Cinnamon Apple – a 4 pancake serving has 180 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 10 milligrams of cholesterol, 15 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 370 milligrams of sodium.

The founders of the company are the parents of 5 children and their goal was to produce a quality pancake product with healthy ingredients. The pancakes are based in whole oat flour plus whey protein isolate to boost the protein. There is no added sugar. The flavors are sweetened by the addition of dried fruit.
