Walking Equals Running for A Healthy Heart

Researchers looked at over 38,000 people, 18 to 80 years old, who either ran or walked regularly and found that both groups reduced their risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease. Regardless of whether you choose to walk or run, if you do it regularly you are investing in your future health.
