Antioxidant-rich pomegranate juice may sound like a good idea, but it can interfere with blood pressure medications, antidepressants, AIDS drugs, and some narcotic pain relievers. If you take prescription drugs and drink juice regularly, check with your pharmacist for possible interactions.
