We love to try new foods. Some don’t measure up and some become staples in our kitchen. See what you think.

The Teeny Tiny Spice Co. produces 100% organic spice blends representing a world of cuisines. Each blend is packaged in a 2.8-ounce tin (80 grams) and rated mild (Citrus Pepper), medium (Penang Curry) or hot (Chocolate Chili). In each combination there is enough heat, salt or sweet to bring out a flavorful blend.

Each package lists all ingredients, with no additives, fillers or preservatives, along with suggestions for use. Shepherd Herb Mix – lemon peel, lavender, spearmint, basil, sage, rosemary, fennel, black peppercorn, parsley, thyme, marjoram, oregano, Himalayan pink salt, organic onion and organic garlic – is recommended as a meat rub, for mixing into ground meat, to add to stews and soups, or as the base for salad dressing and rated mild.

Other blends available are: Perfection Spice Rub (hot), Persian Adwiya (mild),

Ras el Hanout (medium), Vindaloo (medium), British Curry (medium), Ethiopian Berbere (hot), Garam Masala (mild) and Montreal Seasoning (mild).
