Fast Food Fact: Save Calories While Cooking

Did you know that tasting and snacking while you cook can add hundreds of calories to your intake? It can be especially tempting when you’re whipping up holiday treats. If you’re finding it a hard habit to break, try chewing gum while you cook–it will keep your mouth too busy for nibbles and licks.

Milk has calcium that you need hepling your bones and teeth and it also gives you good fat content and good calories. Pop is just a bunch of chemicals and carbonic acid which melts limestone and eventually it hurts your teeth very much and makes them very soft it has no fat but it does have a lot of calories and bad chemicals in it. Diet has no calories but more chemicals.
